The Waiting Room

The liminal space between who you were and who you're becoming.

This is me in

The Waiting Room.

That liminal space between who I was and who I was becoming.

In 2021, burnout and alcohol took me to the ICU.

In the hospital bed, I had an awakening.

I was performing a life, not living one.

I had all the markers of success on paper.

I was a homeowner and landlord, running a successful business, degrees, credentials…

All the things that are supposed to bring fulfillment.

The truth is, I had outgrown what I built.

Because I didn’t build it from my heart, I built it from my head.

In that first picture, I was between identities.

But I knew something then, that I am just putting into words now.

The Waiting Room is a sacred space.

A space to prepare for who you will become.

A space to envision a different life, then begin creating it.

On the other side.

This is me now.

Living in the I envisioned. The one I created in The Waiting Room.

Since then I have:

  • Closed my private practice

  • Gotten sober from alcohol (5.5 years! 🎉)

  • Sold my house

  • Paid off ALL my student loans

  • Moved to Mexico (2.5 years ago)

  • Lost 70 lbs

This is why I'm so passionate about guiding high-achieving women through The Waiting Room.

Because I know that The Waiting Room is a sacred space to prepare for the life you want.

If you're feeling stuck in The Waiting Room, it’s not the time to ask, "How do I get out of here?"

Instead ask, "Who am I becoming while I'm here?"

I’ll meet you in The Waiting Room.
